1/2 of my AT with WhisperingIllusion
It's her fairy Willow in her MT.
I made her a scepter as an option, if you don't want it, don't use it.
I used Chimera's outfit as inspiration to draw her outfit, and like you wanted, she has short hair. (Hope that you like it)
I really loved working on her.
